1. About Roleverse AI
Roleverse AI is an AI-powered entertainment and creative platform that allows users to create AI characters, participate in roleplay conversations, generate AI-assisted content and interact with community features.
2. Private AI Conversations
Roleverse AI is designed so that private AI conversations may be stored locally on your device rather than maintained as a server-side chat history by Roleverse AI.
Private chats are intended to remain separate from publicly shared community content.
3. Important AI Processing Notice
Although private conversations may be stored locally, messages or prompts may need to be transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate an AI response.
Those providers may process the information contained in the request according to their own privacy policies, terms and technical practices.
Therefore, we do not claim that information sent to an external AI provider can never be processed or accessed by that provider.
4. Local Storage and Cache
Private chats and certain related information may be stored using local device storage, application data, cache or browser/WebView storage.
This means the information may remain on your device even when Roleverse AI does not maintain a server-side copy.
5. Clearing Cache or Application Data
Where no server-side copy exists, Roleverse AI may not be able to recover conversations deleted from your device.
6. Local Backup Feature
Roleverse AI may provide a backup or export feature that allows you to save certain information locally on your own device.
You are responsible for protecting your backup files and maintaining copies of information that is important to you.
Roleverse AI does not guarantee recovery of lost or damaged local backups.
7. Private Chats vs Community Posts
Private AI chats and community posts are treated differently.
- Private AI chats: designed for local storage and are not intended to be publicly accessible.
- Community posts: intentionally published by users and may be visible to other users.
- Community content: may be reviewed or moderated for safety, abuse, spam, legal compliance and enforcement of our Terms.
8. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use Roleverse AI, we may process information such as:
- Basic account or profile information, where applicable.
- Character information that you intentionally create or publish.
- Community posts and other publicly shared content.
- Reports, feedback and communications sent to us.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

9. Information We Do Not Intentionally Maintain as Server-Side Private Chat History
Under the local-storage design, Roleverse AI does not intentionally maintain a central server-side database of your complete private AI chat history.
This does not prevent individual messages or prompts from being transmitted to external AI providers when required to generate responses.

When you publish content to a Roleverse AI community feature, that content may be visible to other users.
We may review, moderate, restrict or remove community content where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention or enforcement of our Terms of Service.
13. Advertising
Roleverse AI may use advertising to support free features and services.
Advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app interactions or other information permitted under their own policies and applicable law.

Roleverse AI may use third-party services for AI processing, advertising, analytics, hosting, authentication, crash reporting, content delivery and other technical functions.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
